    What People Usually Ask

    I love working alone on the drawings, ensuring that all the draws satisfy customers' requests. However, there is also a team who provides customer care and makes sure that all the drawings get delivered in time :)

    As you can see on the products page, prices can change according to what product you choose, the number of people/pets, the background (standard or customized), etc.

    Your drawing can be sent in two ways, depending on what product you choose:

    1) DIGITAL FILE: it will be emailed to you when it’s complete, ready to print, or put on a card, poster, mug, t-shirt, or whatever you decide to do with it. Make sure your details are accurate.

    2) PHYSICAL PRODUCT (card, poster, canvas, etc) : I will send you first the digital file to make sure you are happy with that and then I'll print the product for you.

    Sometimes working from a photo could let miss the essence of the person/pet but I'm always ready to make revisions until you are 100% happy with your drawing! 

    Please note that if no drawing details are added to the order I'll create the design from my head. Your choice. Any change in this way will have an additional charge.

    Uploading as many photos as possible will make me catch more details of you and your pet, which will help me create a unique detailed drawing!

    The customer must specify all details they would like in their drawing in the order notes. Any details not included in the order notes will be assumed by me and will result in additional charges if the customer requires changes.
