Shipping Policy

ARTWORK TIMES

All orders generally take 2-5 working days to be created and shipped. This can increase slightly during sales periods. I sometimes also offer a queue jump option.

I also send all customers an artwork proof and ask for your approval before printing. So the faster you approve, the quicker I can ship!

Please note: If there is an issue with your order (e.g. new photo needed, several revisions requested), this understandably will extend your production time.

Please note: orders of multiple items may be shipped in more than one delivery.

Estimated Delivery Time After Shipping (FOR CARDS):
USA: 3-5 days
Rest of world: 15-30 days

Estimated Delivery Time After Shipping (ALL OTHER PRODUCTS):
USA: 3-5 days
Rest of world: 5-15 days

Shipping prices are a flat fee:
USA: $9.95
Rest of world: $19.95

Expect a delay during the holiday period (Nov/Dec) as our couriers experience a surge in parcels to be delivered.

All orders are shipped with tracking and you will receive your tracking number by email as soon as it's available.

Please Note:

• I occasionally offer 'skip the queue artwork creation'. This shipping option speeds up your artwork creation, as I move your order to the front of the queue. It does not speed up the courier's shipping time.

• If your order requires a new photo, or you request several revisions, please understand that this will of course lengthen the production time.
